The beginning
Authentic, comforting flavors
Nahuen began as a family venture, driven by a love of cooking, tradition and sharing authentic flavors. The name Nahuén (or Newen) comes from an ancestral word meaning ‘strength’, ‘energy’ and ‘vigor’. With that spirit, we opened our doors with Argentine medialunas, golden, juicy empanadas and carefully selected cuts of meat that helped people far from home feel at home.
Growing with Latin America
A home for everyone
What began as a taste of home for Argentines soon grew naturally. Nahuen welcomed families and friends from across Latin America. We grew beyond the traditional restaurant into a friendly, dependable and lively Gourmet Market, where people of different cultures and generations meet to enjoy delicious, varied food made with love.

Today, Nahuen has three locations in Florida: Doral, Key Biscayne and Tamarac. We are part of your everyday life, from morning espresso and a quick lunch to birthday cakes, weekly groceries and celebratory dinners. We continue to grow with our online store, own-brand products, seasonal collections and lifestyle items, keeping the same warmth and family care in everything we make.
